Richard M. Beheler
Since graduating from law school in 1988, Richard has practiced primarily in the areas of business bankruptcy, and creditors' rights with an emphasis on representing both creditors and debtors in structuring transactions to avoid or limit liability, advising of rights and options when clients are confronted with situations involving financial distress and addressing secured and consignment transaction issues.
